Young people must grow up with the correct attitude of freedom, convinced that, "...a person is more precious for what one is than for what one has..."
By giving young people the opportunity to receive correct information and learn how to live by their values, we are enabling them to make the right choices and become responsible and respectful individuals
...Developing young people of Integrity, Service and Good Character - Responsible community members and Leaders of Today and Tomorrow.
Dare to be Different...Say NO to Negative Peer Influence!!!
"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed young people can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."

Adventure Unlimited

Adventure Unlimited helps young people appreciate themselves as unique persons...The Adventure Unlimited programme is a life skills program for primary school pupils aged between 9 and 12; adopted from Scripture Union Zimbabwe. Youth Alive adopted the program to help address problems faced by children at this age. Most adolescence can feel confused about the changes happening to their bodies and may not know how to cope. As such this stage can greatly affect their lives if they are not adequately supported and given age appropriate and relevant information about  their sexuality and growing up.

It is a crucial time to help young people appreciate themselves as unique persons and to help them adopt healthy behaviours in the face of HIV and AIDS.

Life is a Journey - When you are lost, ASK and follow directionsThis is a comprehenisive life skills program, its main thrust is HIV and SRH education including how to live with HIV and understanding stigma and discrimination. The program introduces the pupils to diverse topics, including the challenges of puberty, how to make good friends and how to have a positive relationship with parents, guardians, peers and relatives. Pupils are also taught to relate respectfully with each other, appreciating that friends have a special role in their lives. Usually the course is done over a period of  seven weeks. Thereafter, children from all the targeted schools participate in a Festival where they have dramas, speeches, poems and quiz competitions.

The Adventure Unlimited is meant to show students that “life is a journey”. In the journey of life there are problems that come, but these challenges can be tackled courageously and responsibly. Our program envisions responsible pupils with a high self-esteem and high self- worth.
